Contributor Agreement (for writer)

Nutrition HK (the "Platform") is powered by NuQuotient. Co (the "Company"). Nutrition HK offers a platform for the writers to publish article and Platform itself does not offer the consultation or related medical and health services. The Platform requires the writer as the rights holder to agree the Contributor Agreement for all articles they submit.
It is a licence agreement under which the author retains copyright in the work but grants Nutrition HK the sole and exclusive right and licence to publish for the full legal term of copyright. With an exclusive licence you retain copyright. Your Contribution is credited as © The Writer(s) but you license the control of all rights exclusively to Nutrition HK. This means that all licensing requests including permissions are managed by Nutrition HK.
Nutrition HK may publish original articles written by Writers on Nutrition HK’s website, social media and/or wherever Nutrition HK may choose. Writers grants Thinkific the exclusive right to publish, syndicate, and distribute all or a portion of the articles in any language on any medium, website, social network or anywhere else Nutrition HK may choose.
Writers warrant that: (i) you are the owner of the Content, and the Content is original, has not previously been published and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere; (ii) you has obtained permission to use any material which has been sourced from third parties (e.g. illustrations, photographs, charts or maps); (iii) neither the Content nor your submission, uploading, publishing or making available of Content nor the Platform's use of the Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Writers agree to cooperate in the defence of any legal action brought against Nutrition HK from the publication of the articles. You agree to reveal to Nutrition HK any actual or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, website, partnership, firm, or commercial venture relating to the subject of the articles. Nutrition HK reserves the right to remove any of the articles that violate the publishing standards, as determined solely by Nutrition HK.
Platform may amend the Contributor Agreement from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon posting at this location. Your continued access or use of the Platform after amendments constitutes your consent to be bound by the amended Contributor Agreement.
